We want you to love your Snoozy Monster Onesie. If you're not completely happy with your order, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, no questions asked. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory right of withdrawal described below.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with tags attached and in the original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at snoozyclub@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm receipt and provide instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at snoozyclub@outlook.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right, at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at snoozyclub@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and we will reimburse you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Our 30-day return policy above is an extension of, not a replacement for, this statutory right.
